Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 14 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (Shoot us an email prior to ordering for this option )
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: “Healing over Everything” is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: “Healing over Everything” is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and assist in locating the package.
